Don't get it. We ordered one to look like Kaitlin. I have to say facially, it does resemble her but I should have ordered a darker hair color. That was my mistake. Her actual hair color was between the two tone brown and the regular brown. Her's is sort of a medium brown. But anyway that is not why I dislike the doll. The proportions are all wrong. It has an extremely long and fat torso and these tiny legs. It looks as if the doll is a dwarf. Also the hands and feet seem to be too large for the doll. Also the cloth part of the leg goes further down then it should then some straight legs shoot out from there. It also has no knees. It is very poseable which is interesting but it is really a strange doll. The extra outfit did not fit. I am sending it back. I am not sure it is something with the outfit or just the doll seems over stuffed. Also the outfit shed a lot of red fuzzies every where. So that can be easily slipped into a large envelope and sent back cheaply. I was going to send the doll back but there is a $25 restocking fee and Kaitlin did seem intrigued by the strange doll. So if she likes it we will keep it. The face does sort of look like Kaitlin. But I guess they did me a favor and saved me some dollie dollars. If I liked the doll, I was going to order another one when she was older but now I definitely won't be.

Lieu, sorry you don't like the babydoll. Yeah, there is something about that long body and the weight of the doll was what we noticed. We still have ours, but there are times that I think of selling her on ebay.

Even though I don't like it, I won't sell her. She does sort of look like Kaitlin and I can't imagine selling Kaitlin. Kaitlin did like the doll but not sitting down. I think she noticed the strange short legs. But she does look at her intensely. But she did not hug or kiss the doll. She usually gets excited to greet our new dolls. She is sick today and home with Dad. I am staying home with her tomorrow. I think I will open black haired maxy muffin to make her day brighter.

I bought one at Toy hut and one at second star. I will look for a link. I also got QnPooh to pick one up at Marshalls. But all of them are available at Toy hut except for the black haired ethnic one. You need to go to second star to get that one. They also make a blonde. Laurie, these really are the cutest dolls ever. I love their soft body. Kaitlin brought it to her doctor's appointment and all the nurses and litle girls were intrigued by the doll. Some of the outfits ar cuter than others on the same doll. I think they are newer and older versions. But their faces have not changed much. Just darling. I might have to get a big sister doll for our brunette. I have never seen the black haired big sister doll. http://www.2ndstartoys.com/ and http://thetoyhunt.com/dolls-gotz-dolls.html. They also have mini muffin dolls. Too cute. I think I might buy some overalls and a Tshirt and salvage my twinn as our special needs boy doll.

Lieu, Oh, now I think I know what they are, I think I saw the red-headed doll in a nice toy store last week. She was very cute. My friend (grown) was walking around cuddling her!

I have one that looks like my daughter. The things that bother me about My Twinn are that the dolls are very heavy and bulky and the outfits for the My Twinn babies aren't that great. My daughter can't really carry the doll around and play with her because the doll is too heavy. I think for the price of the dolls, they could improve them.
I do like the fact that they are flexible dolls. I wish AG dolls could bend a little more (at least at the knees and elbows).
